Reluctance, Reading and Warriors
Reluctance looks like an unwillingness to engage and may show itself in a range of avoidance behaviours. Certain reading tasks can bring out reluctance in any one of us, e.g. the latest change in banking regulations and how it will affect one’s account? And always in such small print!
