Evaluation

We will be doing the following evaluation which will form the basis of the Booked Up 2008 report:

Questionnaire

We will be compiling an online evaluation form towards the end of the project which will cover: how the Booked Up programme has worked for you; how it has supported your work with young people; young people's and staff responses to, and engagement with Booked Up (reading groups, activities, events); partnership working; display materials and book supply; how you think we can develop the project for the future.
